Reservation department of Capsa Hotel will send you an answer to your request in 15 minutes !

HOTEL POLICY

Check-in hours: starting with 14:00 pm

Check -out: 12:00 o’clock noon

Early Check-in: upon availability ( 25% from the room rate )

Late Check-out: extra tax will be applied to the room rate

  • 12.00 and 16.00 pm – extra tax of 25%
  • 16.00 and 20.00 pm – extra tax of 50%
  • after 20.00 pm – extra tax of 100%

Mode of payment: cash ( RON, EURO, USD ) , credit card – directly at the hotel check-in

Credit card accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Amex

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hour prior to arrival – free of charge
  • in case the room was not cancel with 24 hour before arrival – 100% penalty for the first night
  • the hotel require a credit card number in order to guarantee the room
  • please note that the hotel does not charge your credit card

  • hotel reserve the right to preauthorize the credit card prior to arrival

Free ! All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Free ! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 35/ night/ person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 2.

  • Wi-Fi internet access – free of charge
  • Airport/hotel/airport – on request ( 20 Euro/transfer/maximum 4 pers in the car )
